How do you upload photos from flickr to your Facebook and MySpace account?

How do you upload photos from flickr to Facebook and MySpace?
I was told that you can upload photos from Flickr to MySpace and Facebook.

   I dont think so.
   But you can save the photos in a file and upload them, its easier.

   try to save the pics from flickr to your computer then upload the from your documents

   right click on the photo in flickr and click save image as. name it and save it. go to facebook or myspace and there is a tab somewhere around that says upload photo. click the browse tab and look for the photo that you just saved. click on it and it should upload into your myspace or facebook
