This 1-inch diameter (25.4mm) felt polishing wheel is idealisti for polishing metals and plastics. It requires the model 401 mandrel. When polishing precious metals such as gold and silver, use this bit with the model 421 polishing compound (jeweler’s rouge) and utilize lightly. Do not run in excess of 30,000 RPM.
