5The gold general for little hands. Buy It!
By B. Marold
Ever since I got my initial Felco pruner, I will not even consider buying any other brand. Not only do they work better than any other brand, they are simple to take apart and clean and replace worn parts. They are even comparatively simple to sharpen, altho it takes a somewhat dissimilar touch than your pocket knife or chef’s knife.

The bottom line is that they work really, in truth well for years, even without sharpening. Their scissors action is much better than the anvil style. This F-2 model is the most frequent intention design and I use it on nearly everything.

I will suggest that if, like me, you have comparatively little hands, the littler F-6 model is somewhat more comfortable and more comfortable to use for most work. I have both and use the F-6 for heavy responsibility end of the year pruning and the F-2 allround the summer for intermediate pruning jobs. If you only want one of these little gems, this littler one will do everything the larger one does, but with a bit more effort.

5Nothing Compares!
By Fuji
When I cleaned out my garage, I found at least 5 or 6 rusty pruners. I cleaned them up and started using them again. I realized I had let them get lost and rusty because they were all horrible. These are different. They’re unbelievably sharp and effortless to use. I adore them and I’m very pleased to see that the parts may be substituted as needed. I’m giving careful consideration to replacing my lopper with Felcos. I kept off buying these because of the cost, but they’re well worth it and I take better care of them than my other pruners. Don’t be slanged by the lookalike brands. I have a pair of those that cost half the price and they’re scarcely better than a $6 pair from the depot. I have intermediate female hands and Felco #6 is comfortable to use and hold. I was thrilled that Amazon had these in stock at a good price.

5Best pruner for littler hands.
By G. Powell
I purchased a set of these pruners for my girlfriend. She had a set of no-name bypass cutters from one of those huge box hardware stores. The joint was loose on those, the blade rusty and she held mashing the stems of the roses I purchased her, so what was I to do? I own a set of the F-2′s and wasn’t going to give those up. So I got her a set of F-6′s. Besides the handles being closer together, the bottom cutter on these cutters is replaceable and is narrower than the F-2′s. So you may slip these cutters into a littler spot. Not that it happens all that often.

On hand sizes, I wear a XXL work glove, (I have long fingers) she wears a Ladies L, which is a Men’s M work glove. So if you have genuinely tiny hands in comparison these cutters may still be too huge for you. I may use either the F-2 or the F-6 but I prefer my F-2′s, with the reverse being unfeigned for her.

She’s delighted with these cutters. You will be too, you’ll never go back to those other cutters.
