5Light, Comfortable, Affordable
By Mimi
When my sister gave me these snippers, my original reaction was that they were too lightweight to be useful. Was I wrong! I grow a lot of roses, and this tool has become worthful for deadheading. It’s likewise great for cutting daffodils, tulips and narcissus for floral arrangements. It’s light sufficient for me to carry whenever I walk around the garden. Don’t be tempted to cut any woody stems; it’s rigorously designed for deadheading and pliable green stems.

5Durable yet light
By B. Hoff-Buck
This is the 2nd pair I’ve owned and these little snips last. The firstborn pair lasted 5 years and are still in use. They’re used each day at the garden center where I work and are the favored tool of all my co-workers. The snippings are lasting sufficient to trim everything from bedding plants to hanging baskets to shrubs (butterfly bushes) yet light and responsive sufficient to be effortlessly handled by those of us with joint problems. The Fiskars little size makes it easy to trim out even the most densely overgrown plants and make deadheading Petunias a breeze. I’ve tried other snippings by respective makers and none have worked as well as these. The others have been too bulky, too heavy, too big for delicate trims and/or too tight in the hinge to be used comfortably. Over all the Fiskars Micro-snips are the perfective tool to clean up both houseplants and garden beds.

5I have stopped deadheading with my fingers!
By A
I love my micro tip, and I use it each day for deadheading and cutting flowers. I used to deadhead my flowers with my fingers, and get green stuff underneath my fingernails (ugh!). I was right when I thought this would fill a void in my garden tool collection. The tip is very sharp, and it is very comfortable. It has an easy to use lock, which is handy to have around children.
