best bag for the best pricew
By kp
First off, I closely never take the time to get online and rate things that I buy. However, I was so impressed with this bag that I thought it was worthy of my time. I expended 4 nights in the wind rivers in Wyoming with this bag. Temps dropped well under freezing each night. I slept in shorts and a t-shirt and was toasty warm in this bag. I’m naturally a warm sleeper and I was even bordering on too hot in this bag on 2 of the nights and had to unzip the top half of it. It is super light and packs small. I’ve owned assorted bags and expended lots of time in the back country and this is the best bag that I have ever used. My only criticism is that the zipper is a little difficult to slid up and down and seems to stick, but i’ll take that any day in interchange for the other gains of this bag. I’m 6’3″ 200 lbs and the long fit me comfortably. Highly commend this bag. I don’t think you may get a better bag, in particular for the reasonable price.

Very nice bag!
By Bradley S. Carson
The overall effectiveness of the variable fill was good. Honestly, I did not observe much. It was warm, comfortable, a decent fit for me.
The warmth was great. Very well insulated.
The ease of the material and the softness of the fill were great.
The head area was flexible and I could adjust things allround the night as needed.
The zipper was smooth and worked very well.
It packed well for the backpack-small, light, easy.

Great for women over 5’6
By Jydrah
The Pyro takes the sleeping bag to the next level. I am a 5’8 female that cannot gain from the bags peculiarly designed for women, which offer more insulation in the torso and foot box. They only fit the intermediate women who are shorter than 5’6 (not all women bags come in long). I was excessively affected emotionally to find the Pyro. It gives me extra warmth where necessitated for a woman. I tend to get colder more effortlessly than the norm (i don’t like to layer up when sleeoing). When primary getting into the Pyro, it was roomy and cozy. I was capable to shift positions without apparent effort without sentiment confined. In comparison to the Ridge Runner, I felt the Pyro had more room in the shoulders to turn on my side. The color is like the picture; a extremely pleasing earthy orange & dark brown. For a girl that doesn’t like pink or purple, orange was a good choice. This bag rocks!
