5It’s Going, Going… it’s GONE !!
By Cyclist01222
S&W knocked this one out of the Park! Got this for 13 bucks and rather frankly it’s worth each penny. The handle edges are beveled which provide sufficient ease but rounding them off would have been better. The handle has a deep belly which feels a bit awkward and calls for a glove if used for longer tasks. No motion in the blade when deployed and the action is very smooth. The blade has a slight hollow grind and the serrations are toothy and must be better on wood than cord or strapping. No seperate liner lock here – it’s actually the handle itself (frame lock) that springs over to securely lock the blade open. I like this feature – simple and rock solid. The pocket clip is strong but I wish it provided for a deeper carry. The finish is fine and it feels like a sturdy tool in the hand. A bit huge for EDC unless you have your heavy jeans on so I plan on using it as a second bush knife. I’m very pleased and it will make a nice addition to my collection. Good occupation on this one Taylor Brands!

4Great Knife
By Franklin
I purchased this knife for my fiance as she was looking for a pocket knife to carry with her. I own a firstborn production run of this precise knife and have never had a problem with it. It opens smoothly, I may without apparent effort do it with one hand, and locks securely. It’s likewise easy to close one handed, though if you aren’t careful, the serrated portion of the blade at the bottom and bite your thumb. The belt clip is very sturdy, too. I’ve carried in my pocket almost each day since I got it and it’s never even loosened. The pictures don’t do this knife justice. It’s a big, daunting blade and a firm handle to grip. Even the urban camo is awesome. It’s sort of a dull matte coloring, so it’s not too high profile. The only problem I ever had with this knife is that it discolors for seemingly no reason. It looks like rust, but it’s unquestionably not. I thought in the first place that this was just because it was getting old, but I purchased an S&W karambit with the urban camo design and it had already discolored within 3 days. This was disheartening, but these knives are so intense looking that the slight discoloration does little to distract from that.

3It’s OK.
By Ronin
I ordered this knife on a whim. I like S&W knives as a whole and thought this one would be a nice addition to my collection. The blade was sharp, the Urban Camo is cool, but it was very difficult to open. Usually it takes time to work a knife in before it broken in, but starting at the point this knife was at, I don’t think it would ever open right. It may just have been this one, so I returned it.
