Fantastic watch at a great price!

I purchased this watch from Amazon and I got to tell ya I am actually impressed. I have been looking for an orange watch for a while and this one is a keeper. It may rather perchance be the perfective diver watch. Its chunky with a great weight–but the cool thing it doesn’t wear to big at 40mm. The gun metal PVD case and bezel is a outstanding addition and in truth brings out the orange. The rubber band is very comfortable and it has a see through back which is not mutual on 500M diver watches. The lume is amid the brightest I have seen. It rivals the Omega Seamaster. Pick one of these up (lots of colors to choose from) and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent Swiss made watch

I was looking to add a watch to my collection, and wanted to find an automatic diver with an orange face. I narrowed my selections down to this or a Seiko Orange Landmonster (SNM037). The exploration I did through respective watch forums conveyed that both watches were peculiarly well-built, with quality movements and good value for their respective prices. I opted for the Victorinox, and I am glad I did. It shipped from Amazon quickly and arrived in front of schedule. The watch is built like a tank, it is heavy, and fits perfectly on my little wrist (~6.5″). I was leery of buying one sight unseen (all the local authorized dealers had none in stock – and they wanted MSRP ($1095) to order one in), but am exceedingly happy with the purchase. The case is tall, but it wears well and doesn’t look awkward. The ETA 2892 motion seems smooth as may be expected and the lum is special – altho it only lasts a couple of hours. Some reviews I’ve read conveyed that the sword-style hands were a negative; however, I do not find them to be – they are easy to see and read. The unidirectional bezel rotates tightly. I did replace the band with a black 22mm Maratac Elite strap with orange stitching. While the initial rubber strap isn’t as bright orange as it might appear in the photos (it’s more of a creamscicle color) I thought it was a little too much orange on my arm. Overall, an excellent, Swiss-made watch from a reputable maker
at a outstanding price!
