4Much necessitated extra battery for Worx GT trimmer
By B. Johnson
It was genuinely charged when I got it, so i was capable to test it out right away. It worked. It genuinely seemed to give a little more power than my old battery. Its nice to have a backup though, b/c now I may do all my trimmming at one time. The price was the best share of this purchase. Worx GT charges $60 for the same precise battery.

3Worx WA3152 18-Volt Nicad
By Norman B. Tweed Jr.
I purchased a Worx GT string trimmer a year ago. I use it to weed my garden. The Nicad batteries only last a short while before discharging. To do the entire garden takes 1/2 hour of heavy weeding and I use 4 batteries to full discharge for the duration of this time. These batteries ought to be NIMH to last longer and hold more charge. I have not been competent to locate a NIMH battery substitute for this battery. However, Primecell will rebuild the battery to NIMH if I send them an old one.

5Common Sense
By R. Hoffman
When you buy ANY tool that uses a rechargeable battery, you must always buy a second battery. I did this when I purchased my initial WORX GT (not the lithium battery). When it is out of use for the duration of winter I plainly rotate the “old” batteries in the charger (they lose charge when sitting in non-use). My old batteries are still woking utterly fine, and I suppose that when the time comes for new batteries, the new Lithium Ion batteries will be even better. Use mutual sense in taking care of your tools and they will work for a long time. Don’t suppose to “set it and forget it” – even with something gas-powered, and suppose it to work great.
